"The stylist who did my hair totally butchered it. I’m not sure if it’s because she couldn’t understand English well (which shouldn’t have been a problem because I brought a picture) but I asked for a wolf haircut and she basically gave me a bowl cut. I haven’t cried over a haircut in a long time, but I sure did today. The last great clips I went to was miles above this. I’m very upset."

"They butchered my hair, made me feel like an inconvenience for wanting my hair shampooed, and then told me the haircut I asked for was too complicated and not to ask for it again, stylist proceeded to ask me 4 times to buy product and when I didn’t she said that was how they made commission to try and guilt me into buying something. I’ve come here for 6 months and never had any issues with any other stylist. I didn’t say anything about how bad the cut was because there was a whole lobby full of people waiting. Will update when I speak to the manager tomorrow, as I’m waiting to see the manager in person when that particular stylist isn’t there. Edit: The manager did give me my money back after seeing the pictures of my hair."

"Awful cut. Don't know if her mind was on previous cut(she'd overcharged cust.) ,don't know how to cut with scissors, or can't cut at all. Just wanted a simple cut. Looks worse than when I went in!! ****Update****: Went back the next day to see if I could get some help. There were 2 stylists on duty. I think the one who cut mine was named Megan. She had red hair, she evened up everything. Best cut I've had in quite awhile. Highly recommend!!!!"
