"See next day update at bottom...Sydney did a wonderful job with answering my many questions. This was my first Brazilian although I opted not to get the back done. I will see how my skin responds to the process and products before scheduling again. Simple said day appointment was available which was nice. I recommend that you trim any longer hairs because those are painful. I didn't fully realize the importance of doing so and although she did trim some, there was still some pain/sensitivity in the Lower parts of the outer labia. There was also a very sensitive area along my top bikini area that was super inflamed although that has happened to me while doing my own at home removal in the past. It just would have been helpful had she given me the heads up after she noticed that it was bleeding. She was very apologetic and provided a great service otherwise. Their table was a bit tall so I really had to hop onto it but it was wide and sturdy. I asked for 2 neck pillows because lying too flat makes me feel dizzy. I brought my own hand towel to cover the area when needed although they do provide a small washcloth for you as a cover. Sydney did a great job with providing education about sugaring and conversation was pleasant with her. I opted out of the membership and I didn't purchase any products. Make sure you use the provided wipes afterwards to clean any excess sugar from your skin. Hope this helps someone else. Update 1/29/24 0344: My service wasn't exceptional as their response implies. I lowered my review from a 4 star to a 2 star. Sydney was exceptionally polite though. Management please follow-up with me to further discuss. TIA."

"The place for waxing!! I went in for my wax and had the pleasure of meeting Bailey. She did a stellar job! I WILL be back for future appointments. The establishment was super clean and inviting. They are thorough and the sugar wax and products they use are the best! Hardly felt a thing and left with no pain or redness."

"Don’t get the membership. I couldn’t always get there every month because you know, adult life, thinking it would just be there at the end of my contract since they make a big deal about you not being able to cancel unless you PROVE you have moved or have a doctors note or something. I missed 2-3 months overall so far. On my most recent visit I asked if they just stack up and she said no, use them or lose them. She said she can place my membership on hold where I’m not charged that month and when I need an appointment, I can call and then they charge me so I don’t lose them. One, what’s the point of an app if I now have to call to make an appt because my membership is on hold? Two, so I have to call every month I may miss so on, off, on, off, on, on, off….that’s too much. I’m paying for the month regardless of using it that month. Just let it stack at the end of my contract and let me go month to month until those uses run out. Believe me, I paid for them, I will use them. Three, when you sign up, no one tells you that. They said you get one a month. Like every other “one a month subscription” service, I’ve never lost them if I don’t use them. I have an account, you can see my uses, just leave them until I use them. I’m definitely canceling my membership when the contract ends and if I continue to go to this place, I’ll just pay the full price. It is cheaper to do the membership but obviously not unless you can commit to never ever miss a month. As for the sugarists, I only tried to select Bailey. She rocks! The others I tended to get ingrowns and they never seemed to get all the hair. She did a fabulous job every time and was very easy to chat with given the awkward situation you’re both in. She would be the reason I go back if I do."

"I 1000% recommend going here for all your sugaring needs! I’ve had sugaring done before and needed to find a new place. I wend to L.A. Bikini as a first time customer and left with a membership! I had Vivien as my aesthetician and she was absolutely wonderful!! She explained what she was doing every step of the way. I felt super comfortable and safe (I had the Brazilian done) with her. Vivien is very knowledgeable and I completely trust her. The other staff I met were super sweet and kind, and made my experience even greater!"

"I’m really unsure about how l feel about my service. My tech was Bailey T. and she was great however, l wasn’t completely satisfied. After the sugar there was still a lot of hair still left. After l pointed it out to her, she tweezed the remaining hair but l still wasn’t satisfied with the results. I ended up signing for the membership thinking it’s cheaper just to get it and come back and get sugared in 10-15 days (clean up). Now l instantly regret it. Bailey was not the issue. I just am not satisfied with the results (hair still left). I truly disliked the same sugar being used to remove hair from my entire body. The service l received was Brazilian and underarms. Hopefully, when l return for my clean up in 14 days l have a change of heart."
