Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"I had a great experience with Fantastic Sams. English has a great personality, is knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and I came out with a great result. My hair was super dry and brittle from home dying, I came out with hair that you would want to touch/ run your hands through and although it took a few hours it was definitely worth it. I will be going back shortly to purchase some products she used and will definitely use her for my cuts and color going forward."

"I will start this by saying that I love my stylist and I will follow her anywhere for her quality work. I posted this to fantastic Sam’s website a month ago and just found out that my stylist ended up leaving due to the toxic environment and the way she had been treated. Fantastic Sam’s did not reach out to me but did turn around and berate their stylists about the way management treats them. It’s disgusting the way they’ve let this happen “ Someone named Vickie who is not normally in the salon was in there talking really condescendingly to the stylists and giving them an attitude. I come in every coupleu weeks to see Bella(she does a wonderful job, is super accommodating, and researched the way my genetic condition affects my hair!) and the way this person was treating her and the other stylists was unacceptable. I think she was there with corporate and I understand that she’s there to make sure things are running well, but to talk to people that way is not okay, and she did it in a salon full of customers. I hope that someone has a conversation with her about the way she treats her employees, otherwise they’ll lose even more stylists! And I’ll be leaving with them” The disrespect that management is willing to treat a loyal team IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS says much more about the franchise than it does about the stylists."

"loved the vibes and my stylist bella was very kind, but when i got home i noticed my haircut wasn't even. one side was longer than the other. i had an appointment to color it later in the week and i canceled it because i felt like if it couldn't be cut even then maybe the color wouldn't turn out the way i wanted. it's a good thing i wear my hair up most of the time anyways"
