"I would not recommend Atlantic Fence and will not use them again should I need fence repair or installation. The only thing this company did well was get the fence installed within the timeline I was asking for. Even though I needed a quick turnaround, I would still expect quality work for the high fee I paid. I was told all post will be set in concrete. The only post set in concrete are the 2 corner post and the 2 at the deck and house where the fence starts and stops. The post are spaced anywhere from 7’ to over 11’ apart. None of the post are spaced equally apart. The fence was so lose that I had to lay concrete blocks and drive stakes in the ground between the post to keep the dogs from being able to push under the fence. When I ask them to install the tension wire around the bottom, they charged me another $150. The tension wire is from end to end of the fence, around the back side of the corner post vs. having tension adjustments at each corner to tighten the tension wire. I was able to remove the concrete blocks but will have to leave the make shift stakes I had to put in due to the poles being so far apart. The chain link itself runs behind and around the two-corner post vs. being attached and tightened at each corner. When I ask the guy if that was the way the corners were supposed to be, he said yes, have a good weekend and walked away. I have never seen chain link fence installed in this manner. I could have gotten the same quality and saved money by doing it myself. William B."

"At first I read some of the reviews from others saying how good these guys did with their work... so I called Atlantic a couple weeks ago to get a simple estimate. The man answers the phone “Hello!” and sounds like he’s at a house party... I said umm sorry I must have the wrong number, so he proceeds saying he’s Atlantic fencing and asking what I needed. So I decided to let it go and book a consult with them, he got my name, address and phone number, and said he would be out to the house the next day, and would call before he got there. I took off work that day to ensure I was home for his arrival...never got a call...never showed..never answered when I called. A few weeks later, I decided to give it ANOTHER TRY....Same man answered the phone, same situation!!! He sounds like he is at a party and someone is screaming into the phone, I say Excuse me! He proceeds to say he’s Atlantic, again....I take a deep breath...and make my appointment... I don’t tell him about the previous “No call, no show” in hopes to give them a 3rd chance! He gets my name, number, and address again. Says he will be there next day and will call.... and I’m sure you’ve guessed it by now....THEY DID NOT SHOW AND DID NOT EVEN CALL!!! This business shouldn’t even be called a business! Do not have a business if you are not prepared for customers...do not have your business phone be your personal phone if you are not prepared to answer in a professional matter! I understand people get overbooked, but for me...and I’m sure others...to get treated this way TWICE... yeah don’t even worry about getting my money, I’m sure your competitors will enjoy it."
