"AWFUL!!!!!! the “manager” Diane should be fired. She called me being extremely rude over another dentist office trying to get my forms released. I don’t care what was said between those two offices it’s extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to call the customer complaining. I’m just trying to get help & this office DIDN'T help at all. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. *edit due to the response on a google review * I did sign a form, you guys did in fact release my records(I was seen at another dentist office 7/18/23 but before all of that it was completely uncalled for the “manager” to call me complaining saying awful things about me leaving this office. I’ve been to the office once & honestly that was enough for me to look for a better office…. I’ve yet to hear back from the owner/ someone over this lady. I asked 3 times to speak to someone other than her."
