"My wife received a letter in the mail today about missing two appointments and that they would no longer service her as a client. The interesting thing here is that her crown came off not once but TWICE and she called but they’re closed half the week. While having a sciatic pain episode she asked if she could come to my appointment with me (she was on muscle relaxers and she was told yes) - I missed the memo and went without her. The next day she called to explain and get her crown put back on. They were calling her to tell her that her permanent one wasn’t back yet so they needed to move the appointment. She got off to call her orthodontist to cancel the next day scan because they canceled last minute. When she went to get her permanent, the skin had grown up around the tooth, the Dentist was an hour late and they had to burn her gum…and wanted to charge her $88 dollars. She said that it wasn't her fault they couldn't replace the temp and when she asked again for them to put it on they said her permanent would be in soon so they didn’t rebook. Two days later we get a letter in the mail. Google allows for removal of reviews but yelp doesn't and gives the correct two star standing of this office. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere, including our kids. What a disgrace and cowardly practice. Everything said in those Yelp reviews she experienced. Dodge a bullet and don’t bother with this half opened office"
