"For every appointment it's 100 Dollars to be paid which I paid for I also have 2 infected tooth that needs to be pulled and I were denied an appointment because I didn't want to pull all 3 so the appointment i made had to be canceled and I was told if I don't pull all 3 at 1 time the surgeon wouldn't do it and I explained 2 reasons to why I didn't want to pull that wisdom tooth and 1 because it don't bother me and 2 I don't have the money for it now I'm sitting with 2 infected tooth that antibiotics don't help anymore and I'm praying the infection doesn't go to my heart or brain people are going septic over tooth infections as it become common this has to stop! Also I feel that I had no decision over my plan of care it was either do what we say or we can't help you I was talked into applying for care credit when I told her I will be denied so I need to do little by little and she said the only way you can do little by little you have to be denied first I pay all this money into insurance and it don't help me I am at awe the way the system set up this is a disgrace to human kind"
"I got 2 teeth removed and a bone graft. I cannot take aspirin or naproxen so the dentist was supposed to call in Tylenol 3. He called and said Walgreens denied the medicine but excepted the antibiotics. I called Walgreens and they said he did not call in any medication. I called the office and the nurse called in antibiotics. The dentist called back and I said call the medicine into CVS since Walgreens system was acting funny. He said he did and they asked for a pa. I said that's fine they don't have my updated insurance. I called CVS and again no pain meds. I have asked for pain meds all weekend and they told me no and to go to urgent care. I went to urgent care because my face is swollen and hurting so bad I can't sleep more than a couple of hours. The urgent care said they don't except insurance for dental issues so it would be $150. I called the clinic back and tell them I tried the urgent care but couldn't be seen. The lady on the phone said she couldn't leave a note for the nurse for another 3 hours and all they can do is make me an appointment for Monday. I told them I would not ever go back to someone who would let people sit in pain for several days and lie about calling in meds! I also paid $562 (plus insurance) for 2 teeth removed and bone smoothed. I was at the clinic from 730am to 10am. This isn't even the first time I've had issues with them either. I only went to them because my tooth abscessed and they got me in the next day. All other dentist said Monday."
"Dr. Gaybort and his dental assistant were both great. Very kind and patient. They answered all my questions and were genuinely concerned with my comfort and well-being. Best dental office ever. The front office staff were just as caring. I love this practice."
"Going to the dentist is usually not a pleasant experience. In my experience, dentists often recommend unnecessary procedures to extract more money from insurance. However, this dentist is different. I have never had a doctor who cared as much about their patients as this one. I highly recommend them to anyone due to their transparent and honest approach, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere."
"Some of the worst scheduling practices I’ve ever come across. The canceled at least 3 appointments on me. As a first time patient, they had to give me a certain dentist for my insurance. And a week before at least two appointments they canceled saying that dentist wasn’t certified with my insurance. So there’s a huge disconnect with scheduling and the people working with insurance. Then they finally scheduled me with someone and canceled for a nonprofit event. Does that come up last minute? Isn’t that on their schedule. Happy I found a new dentist"
