"I always have a great experience at Luck Family Dental. Every time I go, they are friendly and welcoming. I had a dental hygienist (Brandy?) today who did an amazing job explaining everything that was happening and carried on a caring conversation which meant a lot to me. My son who is 3 has been there multiple times and has received cleanings from there. They are so patient with him and work with him from a place of compassion. Thank you for serving my family in a way that puts smiles on our faces."

"I have always thought the practice was okay and I have been willing to work with them because they are local and take our insurance. Today, however, the service was not up to even "okay" standards. I brought all 3 of my kids for routine cleanings. I sat with my 12 year old while she got her cleaning done. My other two are 16 and 17 so they were on their own. The hygienists are all nice and competent. I have no issue with them. Dr. Luck came in to give her diagnosis of my daughter's teeth. All good, but for a small cavity that "still" needs treatment. (I didn't know she had a cavity that wasn't treated. The last time I brought her, we made an appointment to fill cavities and her grandmother took her for them to be treated. Why does she have an unfilled cavity??) Dr. Luck left the room without saying anything about my other kids. As the hygienist for my daughter ushered us out into the reception area, I asked her if she knew about my other children's teeth? The boys were already done and waiting to leave. She said Dr. Luck said my oldest has a cavity that needs filling soon. (I knew he had cavities and was hoping to wait until January due to insurance, but I had no idea that he had a cavity that severe. He never complained about it at all.) Since Dr. Luck happened to have walked up to reception, I asked her if the cavity needed to be filled before January. She replied that it did and that if we waited, he may have to have a root canal!! What?! Don't you think you should have had a conversation with me about that before we got to the lobby on our way out the door?!! Maybe shown me an xray?! Unbelievable! What if I hadn't asked? Good grief! I called the office 30 minutes later to discuss my disappointment. They were closed."
