"I was referred to an oral surgeon who was from Charlotte. I didn't want to go that far let alone driving a long distance. I got a bill from oral surgeon in Charlotte for $2100, for initial visit, which I hadn't even had yet. I went to Clover Smiles and I saw Dr K regarding a lesion on my gum. He was an oral surgeon, so he was able to remove it for biopsy that day. I was very pleased with the process. He explains everything and is very kind. I will be going back for cleaning soon. "The office staff is nice however I was told it would be 25 dollars.. the dentist changed some of my work in process and they didn't ask so when he was finished cutting my gum with the mirror and had burned my lip to the point its gashed open... They let me know it's now 160.00 The girl offer to let me make payments... However the dentist was not very personal and does not have compassion. When he burned my lip with drill. They got someone to bring Vaseline in to rub on it. And kept working. Didn't apologize or anything. Told me My mouth was dry and cracked. I had to then go back same Day due to jagged edge that was cutting my tongue. The numb had wore off and he started drilling it.. hurting my lip all over again. Didn't seem to care he was all over the gash. Finally I told him it was fine to get him to stop. The owner came in and looked and was super nice. She is going to fix it Wednesday... However i have not even able to eat anything but soup in 2 days and even that hurts.. the swelling of my lip keeps catching on my teeth . One hygienist said I needed stitches... so now I have a permanent scar coming soon.. a extra dental visit ... time off work... and can't eat for a extra 135 bucks I didn't agree to."
