"Dr Moore is amazing. He does a wonderful job and I don't have even one complaint about his work or his demeanor. His office staff, although friendly enough at the onset, are incompetent when it comes to insurance and will become hostile rather quickly when asked if your insurance was filed correctly. I had to pay for my initial visit in full, and then half of my procedure visit, all the while they didn't tell me that they hadn't been hearing back from my insurance company. When I finally realized it (by calling my insurance company on a different matter) I called the lady at the office back to verify all of my insurance information. She had it wrong, understandably, since my insurance is Delta Dental of Michigan and they are used to dealing with Delta Dental of NC. I nicely told her that she had the code wrong and she got snippy with me and said, "Well, that's the same code I always use and I've never had a problem." So I nicely told her, "Well, you probably use DD of NC most of the time. Ours is Michigan." Silence. Finally she said, "I have the Michigan code as DDPM." I said, "There's an I at the end of it on my insurance card." Silence. Finally she said, "Ok. I'll resend it." I said, "There's two visits. One in June and one in July. Can you resend them both?" "Yes. I'll resend them both." She was snippy. I was nice the whole time. I waited a couple of days and called Delta Dental. Nothing had been filed. I made repeated phone calls to both the doctor's office and DD. Finally, I was going to just file it myself, but DD told me I can't do that if the doctor is in network. I wanted to cry I was so tired of it and didn't know what to do. They had over $600 of my money that they owed to me. I asked the DD rep if there was anything I could do to force the doctor's office to file my insurance correctly, can I file a complaint or something. There's not, but she offered to call the office for me. I was so grateful. Know what she found? The lady put the code as DDPM, without the I that I told her should be at the end. Oh, but it's not over yet. It still wouldn't go through and I had to call the office again and plead for her to figure out why it's not going through. She said she would call somebody (I'm not sure who) and finally, FINALLY, it went through. That's been 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund. Make sure you get your pre-treatment estimate before your appointment. What should have cost me around $300 has cost me around $1,000."

"Do not go here after 3 years of having spent $3,000 on a root canal the tooth was back to square one I went in for a consultation that I was unaware it would cost me $83 I left because I was told I would need yet another root canal so now $6,000 on the same tooth. Did not apologize or offer a discount for having done the root canal wrong just more money!!! I never received a bill in the mail and these clowns sent me to collections un freaking believable. Thank you for ruining my credit I hope you sleep better tonight you scam artist. I still lost my tooth 3 years later. If I could give zero stars I would I hope if your reading this you go somewhere else"
"As stated in previous reviews, they lack appropriate administrative management. I was referred to Dr. Moore by my dentist who had to send over and then resend a referral form because Wilmington Endodontics apparently doesn’t respond to referral form requests and call back patients who are referred to them, or they simply lack the concern to do so. After having my dentist send over 2 separate referrals with no call back, I had to call to have them look at their own computer system to find the referrals and schedule an appointment. After getting called into work the day of my first appointment, and then needing to reschedule my second appointment because of flu-like symptoms I was told that they couldn’t reschedule any appointments for me any longer. I found an in network dentist who can do the job and who can actually call a referred customer back also. Fancy that"
