"I just spoke with one of the most ignorant salespeople that I have dealt with in my entire work life. No wound every order that had been place by our builder is incorrect. I personally won’t use 84 Lumber to build an Outhouse. But don’t have say in where our builder purchases the material."

"Worst service I have ever experienced from a lumber company I spent 180k with them trying them out on one of my town home developments. They have the worst delivery times and high prices. I have a cracked slider on the building they supplied material for and I have been trying to get them to order a replacement glass under warranty from PGT and nothing no followup for 4 months. Then told me they need measurements for the door. So nothing has happen for 4 months. The stickers I provided on the door has all the info they needed. Now it’s been almost a year and I had to order it through a different supply house. They lost out on millions in potential business. I would never use them again."

I would highly recommend 84 lumber from the professional staff to the higher quality of lumber. I will most definitely be using 84 lumber in Wilmington for all my lumber needs. If you know what you need, it is best to call in advance so they can have your order ready for you when you arrive. You will not get this level of service from any other place selling lumber in the area."

"This place seriously insulted me this past weekend. We went there Friday and then Saturday for some stuff and probably spent over $2000 and they seriously made my husband load everything himself!! Friday they loaded it and it was 9 6x6 posts 20ft long and they did load them that day but Saturday we came and got a pretty large order and I couldn’t believe they had him load everything. They have fork lifts loading stuff all over the place there. I’m just very insulted, you pay that much money to a business they should load the stuff up for you. I know they do it because it was done the day before. We’re building a shop to work on RVs and will be needing more material and I won’t be coming back here. I mean Lowe’s hardware would have done better as far as appreciation and customer service."
