"Very disappointed in results of faulty work which included over glueing, discoloration, holes in trim, marks or cuts in floors. It takes time for defects to surface, especially the clumps of glue on baseboards that discolor with time. Called for service in October, wasn't received till December, no reply on results till mid January. "Nothing we can do," it's past warranty. So the great customer service offered when spending well over $27,000 ends cause it's time sensitive. Poor workmanship should never be excused."

"I purchased flooring and install from Shoreline Flooring & Tile on 5/25/2023 to replace the flooring in my entire home. The flooring was installed 6/7 and 6/8 by Shoreline Flooring. Their installers ripped 2 of my baseboards from the walls, kicked in the front of my dishwasher, scuffed up my walls and left my house covered in dust from them cutting the flooring in my home. I notified Shoreline Flooring & Tile on June 8, 2023 that there was water leaking from one of the toilets onto the floor, I was informed by the lead installer it was just residual water leaking from the base and they caulked around the toilet, I asked multiple times if I should hire a plumber to take a look and was told no that they fixed the toilet. In November 2023, I noticed that water was seeping out from around the toilet again as well as my other toilet had a substance leaking from the base where they caulked as well. I hired a plumber and had to have both of my toilets reset as they were improperly installed and I had to pay over $711 for this repair - I notified the owner and received no response. They have had to return 4 times in order to fix their work. There are multiple places in every room of my home where they stated the flooring would not click together properly so they filled the gaps with wood filler. Each time they visited my home for repairs, they scratched the flooring more. One of the flooring pieces was so scratched up I had to wait 3 weeks for them to order more flooring and they visited my home to cut out the scratched board and place a new one in its place. It was not exact so they filled it with wood filler along all sides and now I look like I have a Frankenstein pieced together flooring. One of the boards they had to come back to put together in my kitchen has now come apart again. I paid $6,936.86 for low quality flooring to be installed in my home that is now covered in scratches and pieced together with wood filler that has only been in my home for 5 months. Since my flooring looks this bad after 5 months, there is absolutely no way it will stand up to 1 or even 2 years of normal household use. I am highly upset over this whole experience and recommend everyone take their flooring and tile business elsewhere. Shoreline Flooring & Tile’s owners and employees lack accountability. When I notified Jimmy of the damage to my baseboards, he tried to say that they were already damaged as the flooring company would not touch my baseboards. I had pictures from the day before where they were perfectly fine. After I wrote a previous review, the owner harassed me into taking it down as well as Jimmy texting me to take it down because the owners are “good people who do a lot for Brunswick county.” Please be aware some of their positive reviews are from their own employees."

On schedule, great price, terrific communication throughout. Jimmy was so helpful to me in picking our flooring color and tile and always so pleasant to work with.
