"I wasn't impressed. Rude woman, she kept eyeing me like she thought I'd steal something - as if there was anything worth taking. Not that I have sticky fingers just because I'm a minority... I'll stick with Food Lion until I move away from this miserable county."

"For the last few years we’ve enjoyed buying from this local spot. After our experience yesterday we will no longer visit this location. The elderly lady was beyond rude to us. When taking a peak at the corn we were going to purchase she walks over and explains that when people do that and don’t purchase her corn it dries out. We tried to explain that we had full intentions of purchasing each ear (unless it was rotten and in that case she couldn’t sell it anyway). She wanted to hear none of it and jerked the corn out of my husbands hand. We continued to try and explain but she didn’t listen and talked down to us as if we were ignorant. We put all of our veggies back where we found them and walked out. We will NEVER set foot in that stand again. We remembered a few years ago hearing her fuss at another customer and them walking out as well. Terrible experience and customer service! I know I’m just one review, and prob won’t make a difference but I just felt like I needed to share our less than pleasant experience."

"Miss Alice has been offering the best produce at her produce market for many, many years. You don't stay in business that long unless you have fresh veggies and fruit. She has a wonderful selection and even sells boiled P- nuts...her private recipe. Stop in ...look around...she has something for everyone."

"Alice has the best of everything in produce. Heirloom Tomatoes to Muscadine grapes to Squash to soft boiled peanuts! I still owe her 3.41 and I'll be taking it to her today! Thanks Ms Alice!"
