"As an immigrant myself I know that the communication in a different language can be tricky. There are several ways to get your point across even with limited language abilities; you can ask someone to repeat/rephrase/use a translator. Sadly at this salon some workers do not even try. I feel like it's my problem that I don't speak Vietnamese and therefore I don't deserve a good quality service. They say yes, nod politely for me to find out later that they didn't understand much from what I said. I don't care much about chit-chating while getting my nails done, but taking private phone calls while seeing your client is not professional. The last time I went there the gentleman decided to request a payment and tip in the middle of the service. The payment up front I can justify. Asking for a tip before the job is done is just ridiculous."

"Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Nails lasted two days before chipping really bad, the backs lifted up after one week. When I was leaving the place I was in a rush told them I wanted to leave a 15 dollar tip on my card along with the rest of the payment and the guy checking me out left a 20 dollar tip."
