"I’ve been here plenty of times but this was definitely my last. I wasn’t greeted when I came in. All of my nails are completely flawed in some way. Just not a great experience overall. She was harsh on my nails, made my pinky finger bleed, and she burned some of the skin off my fingers when she filed the sides of the nails. I usually don’t complain about my nail services but this was probably the worst $60 I ever spent. I took these pictures right after leaving. The pedicure was okay but one of my nails chipped when she put the dryer over my foot, I thought she fixed it but clearly not. On top of that she put gel polish on when I didn’t even ask for it and then charged me $15. When I mentioned it she just kept insisting that I asked for it when I know that I did not. It’s upsetting because if I’m spending well over a hundred dollars every time I come here, I would like for the service to at least be quality smh. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else from now on instead of this place. Edit: Like I said before, if I’m going to be paying for something I would like for it to be done nicely. No thank you I will not be calling or returning."
