"After tirelessly checking reviews online I finally decided to call and schedule an appointment with Alan. I've had my share of bad experiences with past haircuts and really did my research to find someone I would be confident with. I called today and a woman answered the phone. I asked to schedule with Alan and she told me he wasn't accepting new clients. She offered her own services instead. She stated she moved here from Charlotte and that he's been referring new clients to her to help her build a clientele.This just left a bad taste in my mouth. When I explained that I had really checked him out and he was who I would like my appt with she flat out told me it couldn't be done. I do hope that he truly isn't accepting new clients and that he doesn't have someone working with him who is poaching potential new clients! Extremely disappointed!"
