"I order on line so it would really when I got there all items was in store but the charged my CC and it will be mailed to in 4-7 business days I no just refund my 6.95 and let me pick my three items at the store the rude lady said no we can't do that I called my bank explained what happened they said Sally's can release the auth and I will have money my Monday Sally's said nothst I had to wait 7-14 days plus I had to again for items that where already in the store pls go to Amazon they have the same items there and cheaper Sally's last review was 3 yrs agonoe I am out 50:00 look at the reviews they all 3&4 sgo"

"Have been waiting to it here for 25 minutes, the store sign and website states they open at 11. There have been multiple people waiting to get in but seems there is no one here. No sign stating they will be closed or opening late."

I’ve used Wella before and remember needing to do a 1:2 ratio, the employee garanteed it was a 1:1 and said the directions are right on the box.... picture With be added, I know can only use half of the color in order to mix correctly"
