"FOR FLATBEDDERS: I HAVE ONLY DELIVERED HERE. The office personnel are nice...then the nightmare begins. There are several forklift operators riding around aimlessly, but only 1 will unload you. That person will not focus on unloading your trailer. Instead, he will ride around doing other things and unload 1 bundle every 10 or 15 minutes. A different person is responsible for signing your paperwork, but will only do so after the trailer is completely empty. The whole energy is off. I will not deliver here again. This receiving department needs serious improvement."

"Shipping/Receiving starts around 0700. If delivering pull into gate, park next to flag pole and check in it office. If tarped, pull tarps off before heading back to unload. No overnight pkg. Unload time about 15 minutes."
