"Went there today. Found the sneakers I wanted. The worker passed me over to help the guy that came in after me. When he was done, while I was standing there waiting for another turn to be helped, with the sneaker in my hand the worker glared at me and went on to ignore me and go try to help the people coming in the door. To bad I'll never walk in that store again after that. I'll find a place where I'm treated equal"

"Had to pick up an online order in store. The process was swift after I gave the associate my order details. She was able to find my purchases and verify the order information. We looked around and found some other items on sale and purchased those as well. The staff was very friendly."
"I went to the Triangle Location 2 weeks ago and was told that I could get a boot in my size from another store and it would be just a few days, I’ve sinned call twice to be left on hold for extremely long periods of time, this last time I think the gentleman that answered literally forgot I was on the phone, why tell me you can get the boots, never call me and then when I call back I’m left on hold, I just wanted a pair of boots and I spent so much money in this store to be treated like this!! It’s sad and bad business! We spend our hard earned money with these businesses that have unprofessionals working , and won’t give a courtesy to call a customer, after you ensured them you had it taken care of!!! I’m so disappointed and just wanted my boots as promised! Phone still busy after 30 attempts guess he still has me on hold!!! It’s pathetic!"
