"Dr. Maser does excellent work, and just as importantly, he has never hurt me (yet). As long as he never does, he will have me as a patient. He also never keeps me waiting; he’s very punctual. I would just add one thing…bring your checkbook! Excellent work is going to set you back, and there’s a fee, if you use a credit card, unless that card is Care Credit. They don’t charge a fee for that, and you can pay over time, usually over the course of a year. If you miss a payment, or you’re late, you will pay very steep interest, so make sure your payments are on time. If your visit is particularly expensive, they often will allow you to split it between two visits, and they do give you a written “estimate” of the work they plan to do. That estimate is good for a limited time, because the rates periodically increase."

"WOW, where do I start on this review, so many wonderful things to share.. From the minute you pull into the parking lot, you see a new modern dental office and as you walk into the waiting room, it smells wonderful and you are greeted by two amazing women. Yvette and Whitney make you feel like family. Yvette you are absolutely the best office manager!!! Whitney, thank you for talking to me the first time I called. You calmed all my nerves and I knew this was the practice for me… You realize real quick this is the cleanest dental office you will ever walk into!!!..My hygienist, Brandy is the best of the best!!!! She is very gentle and gets to know you as well as making sure you get to know her. I actually look forward to my cleanings!!.. Once Dr Maser comes in the room, you immediately feel his confidence and his calmness. You know you can trust him no matter the size of the job… I had a pretty big job and from the first visit to my last I never felt pain or had any problems.. I am 100% satisfied!!! Dr Maser owns his practice and you are not a number like these corporate dental offices.. I am so glad I traveled from Virginia for Dr Maser and staff.. His dental assistants Jessica and Mallory are wonderful. They sit with you through the entire procedure and answer any questions you have, they both are so gentle and very calming.. They are the best!!! After each procedure Dr Maser calls you that night to make sure you are ok, never had a dentist do this!!!! He cares so much for his patients… If you want the best dentist , do not keep looking, you have found him!!! You will not be disappointed with him and his entire staff!!! Thank you to the entire staff for being everything I ever wanted in a dental team and more!!! I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs."
