"My fiancee was told she needs a root canal on an infected tooth, which they said would cost $3000, which we don't have right now. When asking the receptionist later on about her concern about it spreading and if she needed any more antibiotics she was extremely callous, basically saying that we just needed to get the root canal without any suggestions on what to do in the meantime. Do NOT go here under ANY circumstances."

"I suggest getting a second opinion. I was told by Arnette and his assistant that I had 4 cavities. Wanted to drill into my beautiful teeth that have Sealants to prevent cavities. I said I would call back. Thought it was funny that I would have 4 cavities when I went there for a cleaning. No pain in mouth what so ever. Went on Wednesday for my 2nd opinion and exactly what I thought, lies all lies. Not 4 cavities. Not even 1. They're conniving and lying be careful. I would not trust them."

"DRILLED INTO THE WRONG SIDE OF MY MOUTH WITHOUT NUMBING. I went in to have two cavities on my right side field. After the numbing set in he came in and began drilling on the left side of my mouth. And then filled the tooth and drilled once more all without numbing. I got out of there as fast as I could and came back the next day they were open to confront them on the problem which they completely denied. They were supposed to see my two-year-old son next month but I wouldn't let that doctor get anywhere near my child's mouth."

"I just wanted to say how much I enjoy Dr. Arnette and his staff. Just like everyone else the dentist is my least favorite of places to go but I can't say I've ever been to a dentist where they want you to be reassured that they want your experience to be as painless as possible as well as you do. He is very gentle and his staff is as well. Thanks for making my experience a little more painless!! You guys are great!!"
