"If you are looking for a dentist with questionable skills and a staff that has no concept of customer service, this is your practice. In December, 2021 I was in need of a front tooth dental implant. Unfortunately I needed a bone graft before I could get the implant which took place right before Christmas. The graft failed and became badly infected. The next attempt occurred in January. After that appointment I was told I would get a call telling me when my next appointment would be after the graft healed -- It was originally April. When I called the end of February to find out when my implant appointment would be I was told it was in May when my husband and I have been planning our 50th Wedding Anniversary trip. The front desk girl told me I would have to wait until August/September. I have been without a front tooth since December (except for the very uncomfortable "flapper". When I asked for another date. there was silence, I had to ask if she was still there -- when she finally spoke it was that I had to wait until August/September. I was devastated -- absolutely no compassion and in fact she was downright rude -- whenever I asked a question I would again have to ask if she was still there. After a couple of days, my husband called the Dr.'s cell phone and left a message explaining the situation. Four days later he finally called and said he would see what he could do -- we have never heard back from him or his staff. If he is so overbooked, he should not be taking on new patients. I am now in the hands of a competent practice that my General Practitioner recommended. Think carefully before you use this guy and one more thing -- check the prices with other practitioners who offer the same service without being treated so poorly"
