"Worst customer service! Waited for 15 minutes while the employees laughed and talked with each other. Multiple people walked past with out speaking or asking to assist while I stood with a shoe in my hand waiting for help."

"Shoes are nice but every shoes I wanted they didn’t have my size! Customer wasn’t good at all i returned some goes my son bought me and the guy was talking snappy to me about returning them ! Yes I had my receipt! Area that it’s located I wouldn’t recommend going after dark !"

"Unfortunately my most recent experience was none other than terrible. The employees at this location are ignorant at best. No one greets you when you walk in. This location smells like weed. All the employees are gathered around the front talking and laughing loudly. Very disappointed but not surprised due to the area. Customer service was non existent when I came to this location. I will go to Cary (Nike) store and pay 2x more before I come to this location again."

"Amazing staff at this location! Chris (manager) is very helpful and made sure my online order for store pick up was good to go. Love (sales associate) she was just amazing, friendly, sweet and a pleasure to talk to. The other staff was awesome too, but Chris and Love went above and beyond. This DTLR location has the most shoes on display I have ever seen. There must be 300 (or more) on display. Store was clean, organized and very well stocked. Super impressed with this DTLR. If you need anything for that sneakerhead in your life, go here and talk to Love or Chris!"
