"Called ahead for vehicle inspection hrs i arrived early to be 1st First person i met never said so much as hello and i got the impression that i was out of place after waiting for an hr i was informed there would be no inspections that day and to come back at another time well no not another time or anytime will i have my time rudely wasted"

"I called last Wednesday to get some exhaust pipe made and they scheduled me an appointment for the following Wednesday (today) the guy called me Thursday and said he was ordering the 3 inch pipe I needed. I go in for my scheduled appointment thinking I'm going to get exhaust pipe made and the guy says he doesn't have the right size pipe so I told him I spoke with you last week and you said you was going to order the pipe his response was he forgot. They never called me to let me know they wasn't going to have the right pipe just let me come in to find out. The girl working in the office was short and not very friendly at all. Needless to say I had to go elsewhere. Very disorganized and not a very friendly atmosphere."
