"rushed to do my nails, had bubbles all in them and pieces of hair in between coats, kept leaving from doing my nails to tend to do other services for people, the woman and man started talking and laughing when I asked for them to fix my nails because they were not filed on the sides and were way too wide and got aggravated and told me next time I need to know what I want before coming in. My toe nail was hurting so bad by the second day I looked at it and it was so thick had lumps of acrylic under my actual toe nail. Worst 90 dollars I ever spent."

"They are so unprofessional. Got my feet done they rushing and then when I asked for the other lady it was a problem but she can't do nails bc she thinks so so pretty.I see why you all lose a lot of business.whenever a customer walks out they talk about them I witnessed it myself."

"I came in yesterday evening to get my nails and pedicure done after being rushed by them doing my nails while getting my pedicure I couldn’t even explain to the lady how I wanted my nails . I ended up with big wide nails that was so long I couldn’t do nothing with them . Today while opening the fridge one just gracefully popped off . I came in to get it fixed and a cut down and was told she would see if she could fit me in. Then after waiting they get the man that did my pedi that is obviously still learning to do my nails after asking for someone else being moved to a desk and waiting I was then ask if I could come back tomorrow ?!?!? Seriously missing one nail and the other ones so long and wide they look like shovels ?!?!? I’m then told it’s going to be a long wait after telling them I can not leave like this I have a job and I got here a hour before closing Any ways so now that a lady getting a pedi decides to get a soak off and a full set she gets put ahead of me !!!! This is absolutely so unprofessional as a nail tech myself of 14 years never would I ever treat customers in this manner so the $75 that I spend here yesterday will be the last that I ever spend here after I sit here and make sure they fix these nails because I could have went some Where else if they would have just said they couldn’t get me today , it’s that simple smdh!!!!!! You don’t let a customer pay for work and not make it good !!!!! Trying to send me out of here looking a mess saying it’s late yeah and I have been here a hour and 18 minutes !!!!!!"
