"My sister and mother just received the absolutely worse service at the Beauty Supply store near the stockyard in Wallace. So I go in 10 minutes before closing, knowing exactly what I want. At the register at 5:55, ready to have her ring me up, and she yells, IT Six o’clock! I be he oo de! YOu wan wi or no. So I said I’m here waiting for you to ring me up, but you’re being nasty rude right now, so no I don’t want it. She yells you peepal alwa wast my time! I politely said excuse me. You are the meanest most hateful person I have ever met. I will never come back here again. You don’t care or respect any of your customers and I don’t know why we keep supporting your business. This woman walks out of the store behind me and my mom yelling curse words about us black folks. I looked at her as she stood at the door yes the door of my car and said to her God Bless you, but you will not get another one of my black dollars. My momma standing there praying and in shock that this woman followed us outside to the car. This woman got up on me like she was gone hit me. I wasn’t mean. I would like to think that I was pleasant. But no one no matter how kind they try to be deserved to be disrespected. Now I could’ve chosen to react just as she did if not worse. I could’ve said Lord just let me punch her in that left eye to humble her on down. I could’ve said I’ll miss church tomorrow and repent all day tomorrow so that I can feel good and saved by Monday. But I decided that I’m not that person. I can’t react based on my feelings. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service."

"If you live in the area and you need some beauty supplies in a crunch it will do BUT the prices go up every week. Some of the products aren't in the best condition due to the temperature not being right in the store."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The female owner has no reculection of where her products are located. It's cluttered and the female owner was extremely rude. You would be better off driving to Mt. Olive, Jacksonville, Kinston or Greenville. Better yet, order online. I would NEVER step foot in this unorganized property again. It's not worth the trouble."
