The machine left scratches all over my brand new truck and it doesn’t make it better that the truck is black so you can see all the scratches from the machine me and my fiancé heard metal scratching while we were driving through it and as soon as it got done we ask One of the workers about it he said there’s pretty much nothing that we can do and he pointed out and said that yeah, more like that came from our machine"

"Iv been a customer here since the day it opened in my town. Can't say enough how convenient it is having a cash wash that is drive in and actually works really good. The price isn't cheap but isn't expensive either for what you get. You can vacuume your car out, clean your windows and just make your car look it's very best. Having kids that make a mess in a car can be problems for anyone, but not if you have a membership at tidal wave. You can clean your car inside and out. It's the nicest place in town to clean up tour ride. Money well spent if you ask me. Give them a try you won't be disappointed."

Negatives: - Tire shine coverage falls short at the top circumference of SUV tires. - Cleaning cloths that should be dry but are always wet or damp prove inefficient for window cleaning. - Untimely refilling of glass cleaner and disinfectant spray bottles. - Drilled holes in bottles lead to spills and mess if the container tilts. - Insufficient cleaning product availability, often requiring a visit to another bay for supplies."

"Something is wrong with the washing in this place. I took my truck there today and got the $27 wash and wax. What a horrible job. Half of each tire was glossed. There are dirt spots all over the truck that the brushes didn't even get. The last 1/3 of the back panel doesn't even look like it got any water or soap on it at all. There is still a ton of brake dust on the rims. I tried to take pictures but they didn't come out because of the sun and it is a black truck so everything reflects. I did manage to get pics of the half glossed tires. I've never had issues with this car wash before and I've taken the truck thru. This place can be very busy at times so to me it looks like maintenance is needed on the cleaners. UPDATE: the owner responded to me and said to contact customer service who again said we are sorry and they will forward my concerns to the owner. Not much customer service here. Just alot of "We are Sorry" So I guess I will have to rewash my truck and buy tire shine myself. Kinda upsetting!"
