"I went to this place in need of help. Fuel pump had went out on I95, called them and they agreed to $100 for labor. When I get there they tried to sell me a new pump for $215 when Oriellys had it for $134??? After I leave and get back to GA I removed the pump they installed and learned that it wasn't a new part!! Called this office 2 times from my cell and got no answer. I wouldn't refer anyone to them. And honestly I felt like my race made them treat me as if I'm less than a customer. If it wasn't something so simple I would call my civil attorney and shut that place down for fear that others maybe ripped off by them also. Don't call them, look elsewhere for help. Sorry."

"This is the worst place ever had my car for a week an everyday its something different being said about the car. U claim u fix one piece then test drove it it broke down on you an instead of telling me that all you say is its gonna register when you keep driving it. then while driving the car it shuts off on me on 95 so again i had to call back to get towed back to Brad's an thats when they say oh its the alternator. when in reality that was the problem in the first place not the throttle body. I also give you a piece to put on which shouldnt take no 2 days to put on when if i took it to someone else I would have my car. If you couldn't fix my car or couldnt do the work you shouldn't of said you could fix it not have me waiting a whole week an everyday i call u still working on it an you continue to lie to me.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY CAR TO BRADS AUTO REPAIR THEY ARE THE WORST MECHANICS EVER!!!"

"My vehicle was tower here. The price was outrageous and included for. This company towing fee is only $75.00 but I had to pay $240 because from what the owner told me they city recommends that fee. I'm not sure how true that is cause I've heard different story's about this.. other than that this business its self seems fair the owner and technicians are nice. They seem to have a legit business going on. If you ever need or want to recommend a towing company this is the place. Only $75.00"
