"I called for roadside assistance and the older man that answered the phone told me a tow company would call me to find out where I am and they never call. When I called him to ask for an update he told me there was no way he could tell and to stop calling because I would be wasting my time. I was stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours and no tow truck came."

"I was sent a mechanic named Andrew to the flying J on 38. When this “mechanic” showed up he seemed to have very little knowledge of cars. I was having issues with a grinding noise while accelerating and his solution was to drive with the car in sports mode. He spent most of his time in his car on his cell phone and called another guy to the flying J. Driving in sports mode obviously didn’t help the situation and he told me to follow him to his shop. I decided to take the car to a mechanic shop rather than follow him. He told me that it would be $25 for him coming out (even though most of the time was spent in his car on the phone and he did not properly diagnose the issue)."
