"I highly do not recommend this business. After my second appointment here, I was very unsatisfied with my hair result. I did inform the stylist/owner of the business and she seemed very upset because I did not like my result. She got an attitude because I wanted her to fix my hair. However, she had other customers to attend and she did not offer to fix my hair during that same day. She stated that “the county water” would tone my hair as I desired. And she offered me a future appointment but I was unable to confirm it due to not having phone service for more than a week. And, once I got phone service I realized she blocked my contact. And once I reconnected with her to rechedule, she had an attitude and argued with me over the phone. And she stated for me not to call her business back! ** LACK OF WILLINGNESS TO HELP, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, and LACK OF SKILLS!!**"
