"Very, very disappointed. I placed my order of 4-50 lb sax horse grain 5 bales pine shavings and 2 tubs electrolytes (over $150) online Saturday before 10am for delivery by 2pm SAME DAY. Delivery driver neglected to pickup bales of shavings and only showed up with grain and electrolytes. Then told me someone else would be right out with my shavings. When I hadn't received my shavings over 3 hours later, at 5:45pm I call the store only to be told they will deliver my shavings "sometime Sunday or Monday". They won't call and let me know which day or when. Poor Customer Service. Am really rethinking my relationship as a customer."

"I had a great experience during my visit. I was in the market for a battery operated tiller/cultivator. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and Frank helped me out right away anything all my questions. They just happened to have a 60V Greenworks on sale that would serve my purpose. Frank was very thorough and even opened the box and making sure everything was in there. He then aided me in checkout and helped carry it to my car. I can't say enough about this tractor supply. You don't get this kind of service anywhere anymore."
