"Phone service department guy was rude and arguing with us about the phone my husband was purchasing. Said he had it on camera. what happened to where customer is right. Employee should have checked that phone to see if it was the same as on the card...bad experience. Manager is aware."

"Walmart is a ever changing place. With the Santa bells outside, and stress faces employees working behind the counter. It's come a long way from the friendly face greeting at the door. ("Welcome to walmart." They used to say) Lately, my experience at Walmart (Biscoe), seems to be a noticeable change in the atmosphere and level of customer service over time. It's not understandable missing the friendly faces and helpful assistance that was once more prevalent at the store. Even more once it was important for businesses to provide a positive shopping experience to their customers, and it seems like there's room for improvement in this particular location. I hope that Walmart takes customer feedback into consideration and works on improving their customer service, restocking proceduress putting up stocks or leaving pallets in the aisles. While customers are shopping in the store, and overall store experience for the elderly. What happen to the blue light sales?The parking lot looks great. It's always great to have friendly and helpful employees, friendly location, who make shopping enjoyable."

"Went to Walmart in biscoe, bought a few things. I like to go to the registers to help with jobs for people. But this is why i should not care. The guy scans the first 12 pack of coke. Then scans the second 12 pack of coke. I didn't realize after that he typed in 2 cokes at 5.98 then scanned everything else. I was looking over receipt after we got home and see that he charged me for three 12 packs of coke. It was only two. Makes me mad. I will be doing the self checkout for now on. I am done with these idiots in the work force."
