"I randomly decided I wanted to change my hair color today for the first time in 4 years. I schedule online, showed up a few minutes early and got right in. I put literally no thought into what I wanted and Ms Tammy was very patient with the nervous and awkward person that I am. I got a trim, color and style and am absolutely so pleased with all of it - I even asked my husband to take me on a date because I was felt so pretty! Ms Tammy is not a chatty Kathy, which I personally preferred to just unwind but I am very happy with the services and hope that if you’re reading this review you disregard the previous ones as there is new management and staff!"

"My grandmother went here to get a trim and a perm. When she went in her hair was to her shoulders and she asked for it to just be trimmed and left long. By the time she left, she was nearly bald!!! The lady who did it even shaved above her ears and overall it is so uneven and the perm burned her hair and scalp! When she finally saw her hair and said something about it, the lady who did it, the owner, said "Well i think it's cute." My 87 year old grandmother is so upset about her hair and doesn't even want to leave her home. They charged her over $50 for this mess, more like robed her should I say! She will NEVER go back there and i recommend no one else does either. ** I also added a photo of her hair before it was hacked off for reference**"

"I would give 0 Stars if i could!!! Horrible experience. Had a haircut by a Cuban girl who turned up to be a new and on training, she didn’t warned me. Also barely spoke English, so she probably didn’t even get what i was saying. So I ended up bold and she didn’t even say sorry. When I started complaining she said “That’s how you wanna play because I’m Cuban?” She started protecting herself like its my fault."
