"Usually have a good experience in here, but today some young girl in the back room was going off about her boyfriend. Cussing left and right. Pulling the only other staff member in there with her to vent about her personal issues. I was asked if I needed help finding anything twice then they went back to their conversation. The one venting was also making comments to the other employee about not paying attention to her completely while she was trying to multitask. She then came out with a change of tone like to ask if I needed help finding anything. I gave a short no because she was the one who was being completely inappropriate and inconsiderate of others. She then proceeded to walk back to the room to whisper about me to her coworker. I waited at the register two different times to not have anyone check me out. Is it my responsibility to walk into an employees only room to retrieve a staff member to sell me products?"

"The Sanford location was out of what what my wife needed, I appreciated how they offered to call for her, but because we were coming up here the next day; there was no need for it. They, too, were very courteous and polite!"
