"The gentleman made me feel very uncomfortable & I went in for a relaxing experience & did not receive one. The women who did my toes was very nice & she did an Amazon job on my nails. The customer service at this place is very unprofessional this is the 2nd time I have been there the first time they cut my nail to short & I went back again because they said this time would be better and it was not. I was uncomfortable the whole entire time. I will not be returning."

"I was going here since they opened. The last few times I've went I was just another dollar in their pocket. It was not relaxing and rushed. I always go for a pedicure. Sloppy, I could do better some where else. When I got manicures Rich was always the best. Not sure where he went but the last few times I've asked there has always been an excuse. The employees are younger and just don't care. Just "in and out." Will definitely take my business else where."

"There is a consistent and major problem with Lee nails. My mother and I like to come here to get pedicures and we ALWAYS make an appointment. Without fail, every time we come they do NOT honor the appointment. We have waited for over 30 minutes just to be put in a chair, then waited even more time. Why even book an appointment if you cannot adhere to the times? This most recent visit we booked the appointment over a week in advance and arrived on time, just to see there were no chairs available. When we inquired about our pedicures and mentioned the fact we had an appointment, the gentleman said “it will be a while.” Lee nails doesn’t respect your time, will never care about your appointment, and treats their customers like they’re just a butt in a seat. Work on your customer service and time management. We won’t be returning."
