"Had a appointment with the dentist told them at time of making the appointment I was a single dad who had to take my kid. I have a tooth infection so it was not for an extraction so I saw no problem with my 4 year old there. They cancelled my appointment and would not see me just to write a prescription. I thought the practice said family dentistry which would include kids as the family right this place sucks"

"Website Says "free or reduced rates" well they REFUSED to help me bc I do not have a JOB and demanded that someone, anyone write a letter to them stating that they would be responsible for my dental bill and the rates would be based off of that person's income! Not including the bills that that person pays but off of what they bring home each month in income! So I recommend that if your in NEED of any dental help DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! I'm so frigging sick of being discriminated against b! Especially when I hear of so many other people getting whatever they need free!"

"Today my wife and I both had dental check ups. Are older children were in school but our 4 year old was with us. We tried to find a sitter but wasn’t able to. My wife’s appointment was at 1 and mine was for 3. My wife called prior to us leaving to find out if we could move our appointments closer. She was told if that there was one patient between us and if they do not show up I can be seen right after her or if they finish early and I’m here they can sneak me in. When we arrived I was told only patience are allowed in the building. I informed the receptionist I also had an appointment today and the only reason I am here so early is to watch the 4 year old. She says she will have to see if we can wait in the waiting room that is empty. After about 10min I ask if there is any paper work I can do prior to my appointment because I have never been to this location and assumed there would be paper work. She handed me a clip board and I took it to a seat and filled out the forms. I finished the documents at 1:30 and went to the window to hand them in. She then told me I could no longer wait in the waiting room and me and my 4 year old needed to wait in the car. I dues she doesn’t have children because an empty waiting room is a lot better then having me and my 4 year old sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half waiting for my appointment. It bothered me so much that I felt the need to warn other parents that the waiting room is no longer an option . I think I would have had a better understanding if we where in the middle of Covid or the waiting room was full or I was showing symptoms of being unwell. But she didn’t seem to care much if at all. No sorry,no reason for us needing to leave after being there 30min already. So here I am watching my kid crawling all over my car asking where his mom is and why we can’t watch the TV…. Sorry son they don’t want us in there. And no my son was sitting in his seat silent watching TV. I would have drove home if I didn’t have a filling fall out of one of my back molars last week. I just don’t understand why the patient doesn’t come first. Especially a patient with a young child what if I didn’t have AC/heat would they let me sit in the empty waiting room then. Probably not and is this for Covid? Because it felt very personal when my wife is inside and I have an appointment in 2 hours and I’m told wait outside. Rant over."

"This place is amazing!!! Dr. Kinno really cares about his patients along with his staff at this location. He is compassionate and his assistants Lily Lisa and Madali work to insure your comfort. The front desk receptionists Melva Denisha and Monica work to make sure your treatment plan and insurance is correct. They are a great team and the facility is extremely clean. Definitely worth the drive from Hope Mills!!!"
