"I went into this store to buy a flat iron & some other hair supplies. The two ladies working were very friendly & helpful. However, the store has no air conditioning & it is 93 degrees outside. It was extremely hot & I hate that these ladies are having to work under these conditions just to make a living for their families. I’ve never seen anything like this. I will not be going back to Sally’s because I was so hot that I felt nauseous while trying to find my items & also don’t want to give any business to an establishment who treats their employees this way. I will gladly drive to Fayetteville or go online & shop with Ulta."

"It is EXTREMELY hot in this store. The 2 ladies in there were SO helpful even under the worst working conditions. I was in and out in 5 minutes and left in a lather of sweat and nauseous. Please fix this."

Of course when they realized that my wife did not take anything an apology wasn’t even issued. I would give them zero stars if I could and have since filed a complaint with their corporate office"
