Chris Crumpler himself (the owner) answered all my questions with great knowledge and even offered to come out and see my project and take some measurements so he could send me an estimate. He was very prompt with my estimate and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for. I’m now looking at having an interior railing made and installed from Master Fabrication. "I reached out to Chris about a month ago to get an estimate to replace the old white wooden spindles (pic below). Chris told me it would be 3-4 weeks to order them and install them. I sent him a picture of what I was looking for and he sent me a few samples to choose from. He communicated with me over the next few weeks and we scheduled the day.
