"I have used this business multiple times and my feelings towards it are always the same. I have given them the benefit of the doubt but at this point I am done doing business with them. I don’t understand the reviews on here talking about them being friendly and having good customer service, in my experience it is always the exact opposite. I will now be going to Greenville for all of my supplies. Even though it’s a bit farther, at least they have good customer service. The final straw for me was today. I called and asked about a couple of items and was told they didn’t have anyone to deliver them, which is fine, I understand that. Then I said ok well I’ll come over and get them, they said ok. When I arrived the door was locked and they wouldn’t answer their phone. This was maybe 30 minutes after I talked to them, and at 2pm which is well within their posted business hours. If they were going to be closed why could they not have done the common courtesy of letting me know. I wasted about an hour driving out there and back to my job site, still without the materials I needed."
