"I had my 5.3Ls engine rebuilt here in may of 2020, from the start the engine was never right. Trying to spin the crank was so tight it was like it was almost locked up. I called mike and he told me just to finish the install and drive it, so that’s what I did. Here it is now 3 years later and he’s saying that it’s my fault the thrust bearing is wiped out because I didn’t have the torque converter seated in the crank correctly. Of course I didn’t get a receipt because I paid cash and have no proof of rebuild. I’ve rebuilt transmissions and installed them for over 6 years now and never had this problem on any vehicle ever. I called Mike and once I told him what happened he was very argumentative and rude over the phone, he said it’s nothing on their end and it had to be my fault. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever again and I hope if your reading this review you triple check everything about their “Quality” work."
