"I go to this Dunkin all the time however today January 6th at 2 pm the person taking orders seemed like it was an inconvenience. I can see why you’re hiring! As a manager myself this was a disappointment"

"The employees here are the worst! This is the second time I have gone inside and stood there for an extended time not sure if they will take my order or I am expected to do my own order all while they look at you and busy themselves and no one greets you or even speaks. They expect you to do all the ordering on the kiosk with no interaction what so ever. Your order is then just put on the counter when ready not announcing your number or letting you know. When you do have a question they act so annoyed to have to answer you! The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of the way this location is being run."

"Walked into the store this morning with 2 of my daughters. Not a hello, good morning, a smile... nothing!! Had to order off the kiosk which I hate cause I feel like if I come into your store at least you could do is take my order. In the store for about 10 mins waiting & the whole time still no one talked to us. Got our order...not a thank you, have a good day, a smile, nothing!!!! My daughter & I both said "thank you, have a good day" again... NOTHING!!!!! I get that it's early but if you're going to work in retail you could at least act like you like your job!! Definitely will be going elsewhere to get all the kids at the daycare a donut next Friday!!"

"This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced. Every single time I've gone here over the last month, I've left before even getting to the counter. This location is horribly mismanaged, or the employees just do not care. I sometimes leave my house 15 to 20 minutes early to stop here and get breakfast. When I go through the drive thru, there are often no more than three or four cars in line. I order, then sit motionless for literally 15 minutes. I usually just end up getting out of line to go to work. It's honestly outrageous that I have to leave because I'll be late for work, because I work literally less than two minutes from this place. Ordering inside is the same story. Just now, I go in, granted, there is a line, but we stood there without advancing in line for ten minutes when I decide to leave. Absolutely horrible experience every single time I go here. Id probably have a quicker breakfast at the eggs up grill across the road. Only giving two stars instead of one because the donuts are usually good. Absolutely horrible service. I wish they would replace this Dunkin with literally anything else. Not to mention, the parking is atrocious."

"A very nice addition to the local Holly Springs area. Nice and clean with a sitting area and tables for guests to recline. Since it just opened, there are still a few wrinkles as the crew gets an understanding of the cash register and operations. The caramel frozen coffee is very good, and doughnuts are fresh. Sign up for the rewards program."
