"Excellent work and service. My daughter had a Lexus LS400 that was not running well. A mechanic at another shop told her he would have to take the engine apart and estimated it would be $7-10K. We took the car to Indian Trail Imports for a second opinion. Josh quickly diagnosed an electrical issue and replaced the car's computer. The car runs perfectly! Thanks Josh!"

"I am so pleased that I have discovered Indian Trail Imports garage in my area near Wesley Chapel, NC. I had my VW serviced by another shop specializing in imported cars, who gave me a quote for nearly $3k. I agreed to some of that, but looked for a second opinion regarding the most expensive item on the list being an axelrod shaft replacement. I had the issue re-examined by the Indian Trail Imports owner Mr. Joshua, who stated there was nothing to be done, the axelrod did not qualify yet for replacement including the rubber boots. He did not charge me a penny. I feel very lucky and appreciative for the honesty and the whole experience of interaction with staff, in person or over the phone, whether it was the owner or the employees. Joshua and his team consider service quality, honesty and customer satisfaction key characteristics defining their business model. I have experienced just that! "Wow, what a find! I wish all businesses functioned like Josh and the team at Indian Trail Imports. The fan for the air conditioner in my Audi suddenly stopped working in this scorching heat. I called both Audi Charlotte (where I typically serviced my vehicle for the last 7 years) and Audi Northlake and the earliest I could get in at either place was mid-November - just in time for winter! Audi also gave me the option of leaving my vehicle there for 2 weeks, and they might be able to work on it when they were able to get to it. How is that for premium service?! I did a quick google search and found Indian Trail Imports located close by with great reviews. Josh answered my call and could tell what was going on by my description over the phone. He was very busy so didn't have an appointment for another week or so, but said if I could stop by today he could show me a trick to keep my AC working until he could fix it. I was there within 5 minutes and he realized my fan motor was completely dead. At that point he said he could squeeze me in today if I could leave it for a few hours. This was at 10 am this morning. I told him I could leave it for a few hours but had appointments this afternoon. He ordered the part, had it delivered, replaced it and had me back in my car within a couple hours. All for a fraction of what Audi would have charged me and months sooner than they could deliver. I feel like an idiot for going to Audi all these years. Never again. Josh and Indian Trail Imports just earned a loyal customer. Thanks Josh!"
