"I have been to this Jiffy Lube location many times. I always go back because they are quick, friendly and listen to their customers. They are not pushy, always explain everything in detail and make sure you are taken care of! Highly recommend!"

"Went in for a quick oil change on a Sunday before noon. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone approached me when only 1 car in bay in front of me. Gentleman suggested a tire rotation which I accepted. Another 15 minutes before car got into bay for services. Manager calls me out to show me air and cabin filters should be replaced and coolant was low. I told him my son in law was a mechanic and I’d take it to him for those services. Manager got indignant and said that didn’t make any sense and started arguing with me and asked if my son in law was a mechanic what was I doing getting an oil change here. I really can’t believe any service organization would call their customer a liar for declining services that they didn’t intend to have performed that day. Will never go back to this “Jiffy” service that took almost an hour."

"Great Experience. Good Price. Wonderful Staff. Was recently in with my 2004 Ford Expedition. That's right, take care of them and they last a long time. 220,000 miles and going strong! One of the keys is heading to Jiffy Lube for routine maintenance, and this is the best location I have ever been. Friendly staff. Explained everything. Up front pricing. Did not try to sell me on things that were not needed. In short, overall great experience. Make sure to visit this locally owned franchise. The owner is great."

"Wow I don’t know where to begin but first thing I would like to say is this location is very clean and the staff is amazing. The manager Martin will make sure he goes over and beyond to assure you are satisfied with your service you received. Got 4 new tires with alignment which was all done in under 30 minutes. Also another occasion is went to get my a/c fixed and the crew had it fixed and showed me the issue wrong in a matter of minutes. Will continue to go here for the long run, 10/10 recommended!!!"

"I had a nice experience with this staff here in Indian Land, SC! The waiting room was comfortable, coffee offered, clean restroom, and across the small parking lot from a fast food restaurant. I had a coolant flush, transmission flush, brake fluid flushed and an actuator to driver vent replaced. They suggested that I return within a few days to have everything looked over, and I did. I recommend and will be returning!"
