"I called Wednesday 1/17 around 4pm to see if they can take me in, the lady that answered the phone said no ma’am we are very busy today can you come tomorrow. I agree to come tomorrow and ask to make an appointment for 5pm for a SNS removal and new set. The day of my appointment I show up 10 min early the guy that was sitting in the front greeted me and asked what I needed done, I proceeded telling him that I have a appointment for 5pm that day he tells me to take a seat. 5 min later tells me to go on to chair #6 comes over and starts the process of soaking at 4:55pm then goes back to his chair another lady comes in says she has a appointment with him and he takes her on immediately. I was left soaking until 6:05pm by the time one of the technicians got to me I told her please take this off by that time my skin around my nails was burning. She apologized to me even though it wasn’t her fault. She did an amazing job with my nails and I’m always happy with the service. Please do not reach out to me with a discount card I’m not asking for a discount, I do ask to get the service I pay for. If I make an appointment I expect to be taken within 15min of the appointment time. I have been coming to you guys ever since you opened, I’m not a picky customer, I never complain even when I have something to complain about. When it comes down to it anyone can have a bad day if someone messes up one of my nails it’s not the end of the world to me I get them done every 3 weeks. But when you are messing with my time and my skin that really bothers me. I will give you guys one more chance before I go someplace else."

"Another update: it’s not worth going unless you can get Trish. I asked for her when I made my appointment but it wasn’t booked with her. Before the end of the night, the polish had chipped. The tech did not buff the nail surface - perhaps that lead to the near-immediate chipping? My cuticles looked worse after the service than before. The quality of the mani is definitely not as good when done in the spa chair while another tech does the pedi. I really want to support this local business but results are so inconsistent that it makes it hard to do so."

"Absolutely adored this place! Was my first time going here and cut it close an hour before closing. They gave me exactly what I wanted and didn’t make me feel annoying or rushed. I appreciate Julie, Amy and Lisa for their time and doing it with a smile. Will definitely be my new nail spot :)"
