"My nails are lumpy and ugly. I asked for a design and instead of saying she couldn’t do the design, she attempted it and now they look completely messed up. Not to mention she went hard at my cuticles and I bled all afternoon and they’re still tender and sore from her picking at them. Never go back."

"I was her first customer of the day. She painted my nail with gel polish four times once I got to my car I realize that she puts so much paint on my nails it look like I had fake nails or a overlay on. when I came back inside she was very rude and took me that they look fine to her when I ask for a refund or for her to do them over she dismissed me and don’t fix my nails told me to leave not to return I would never recommend anyone go here! Poor customer service an very rude and unprofessional I did not receive a refund I had to dispute it with my bank I also had to go to another nail salon to get my nail polish removed and redone over which was very untimely costly and unfortunate!"

"They were very nice people but the quality of the work done was very bad. Honestly, press ons would have looked better. The gel polish is cheap, it started peeling shortly after. If you show up to a nail salon on a Saturday and there's only 1 person in there; LEAVE!!!"

"I walked In the nail salon with busted bubble gum pink nails and they restored my nails and gave them life. I had just got them done Thursday and was not Happy So Saturday I made the change.
