"Great experience today, even though I would’ve like more time in massage chair. Those amazing massages on my feet and legs were amazing! The staff were so inviting and friendly, definetly coming back when I am here for my training next month!!! Thank you to all today your friendly and inviting smiles!!! This is my second time as mentioned previously, I enjoy my 1st experience. Todays experience once again even though the massage wasn’t as great as the 1st, it was a good experience. Yet I am lowering from a 5 to 3 due to the rush of getting me out even before my nails were dry. Ladies, you do a wonderful customer service in the beginning yet at the end please don’t rush me off the chair and out the door!!"

"Wish I could give 0 stars, lady in the front is rude as soon as you walk in. Received a pedicure and it was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere."

"Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. First time I came in as a walk in, and my service for SNS was rushed. I went with a glitter nail and the tech wouldn't stop commenting on how it takes longer to dry. So sorry I am inconveniencing you with my service I'm paying for? They seem to prefer appointments so for the next time I made an appointment for myself and my mom. Again, our service was rushed. You'd think there would have been a whole line of customers waiting with how fast they rushed us, but there was no one waiting. Job was sloppy, and both mine and my moms nails are chipping and cracking. I work hard for my money, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's sad because otherwise they are very nice."

"First and last time I will go to this place. I almost got a piece of my pinky finger clipped off by fingernail clippers. The tech was very rough while taking off gel nails. Which by the way she recommended that I have all my nails redone which I had no problem with that. Sure, accidents can happen but this is your job that you perform all day long. Pay attention to detail and slow down. I am hoping she gave me gel nails because she did not go through the many steps that I am use to. I really think she gave me acrylic nails. In less than five days the gel polish is peeling. In conclusion I was not happy with the tech, her performance nor her professionalism."

"Quick, friendly, and sanitary! I've been going here off and on for 20+ years, and keep coming back. The ladies are friendly, and the current owner always remembers my name no matter how long its been since my last visit. Today's mani/pedi and eyebrow wax were done by Snow..... she's very professional, friendly, and quick without rushing."
