"It was horrible my nails didn't look good at all . I came In for a fill in and they didn't do nothing but pack the acrilic on top of my nails and got it all over my hand and over my cuticle .. even after getting the guy to try and fix the other lady's work it still looked horrible. And was still charged $35. I usually go for my lashes but since the other lady isn't there anymore I don't go cause the lady they have no the same one I'm talking about isn't good at it .. I have had her do them multiple times and Everytime was a fail.. my lashes would come off as soon as I left the store . Even soon as I paid .. now the nails too I'm just not going back"

"Paid $50 for a GEL PEDICURE not even a week ago. Started chipping on several toes and I wear socks and i don’t go barefoot so I know it’s not time to enough for gel to start chipping anyways. I called asked could they fix she said of course I can fix it for free so I go after waiting two days just left all I asked this lady to change them to lime green French tips since she had to fix those anyways she wanted to charge me $20 for a color change after I had already paid all the money for a pedicure.. I felt like I didn’t have to pay a penny. But I refused to pay and walked out you will not get another dime out of me because that is very unprofessional. My nails are chipping because you rushed through it the day I got them did because you had a bunch of people in your salon if you would have took the time with them the first time I wouldn’t have had that many toes chipping to begin with. But this is the second BAD experience WITH THEM… First time I asked for a jeweled index finger and she slapped a big glob of glue and stuck the jewel on it because she was high. Wrote a bad review and tagged them on Facebook they corrected their mistake the first time but this is unacceptable. Bad customer service for sure."
