Not only did they remember me(!!) they took care of me right away and did an amazing job. This is my forever salon."

"I went to get one broken nail fixed with Tanya. I already had an appointment. The guy in the store is very rude. When I entered the store, the rude guy asked me what I want in a very condescending manner without even greeting. He told me to not come again after getting my nail fixed. He lied to me that he is store owner when he is not. I will figure out who is the store manager and report about him."

"Booked the "me & my child" mani/pedis for my daughter and me to celebrate my birthday. Website states the children's mani/pedi "(includes two complimentary designs)" but we were charged $5 extra for these "designs." When I mentioned the website says it's included she told me "that's changed." My daughter asked for bunnies. These white blobs are supposed to be hearts. At first, the lady did one heart outline on one toe and two dots and a line for a "smiley face" on the other toe. They "fixed it" when we asked them to do two hearts instead. So, not only did they not do the supposed-to-be complimentary design my daughter asked for, they did what they wanted instead AND charged us more. My mani is bubbly and messy. The polish all over my skin. Our cuticles are not clean and our nails weren't filed smooth. I paid more for the OPI mani but was also charged an extra $5 "because the OPI polish lasts longer." That's what I thought I was paying for when I upgraded to the OPI mani? So, I paid extra-extra for this terrible manicure. They did not care about doing a good job. We were in and out in under an hour. Super disappointed with the service and quality. This was NOT worth the $100 we were charged, not even close. We won't be going back, and this polish won't be lasting longer because we're on our way now to a real salon to get this fixed."

"My friends and I went in today for a mani and pedi. We were greeted as soon as we entered, picked our polish and were seated in the pedicure station right away. They offered us water, red or white wine. We chose the Lavender Spa pedi. It was very relaxing. I really enjoyed Issa she had a great personality! My friends and I love our feet and nails!"
