"my nail broke and was extremely painful, I called and asked if they took walk ins and they said yes. I rushed over and got Crystal, who did not disappoint! She took extra care of my broken nail (it was painful but she was gentle), and we tried a new style and shape I haven’t ever done before. I’m very picky and particular about my nails, and she did everything perfectly! Highly recommended"

"i’m not to sure what’s going on but for the last three sets excluding one i recently had from one of the girls who does amazing, the nails fell off/became loose after the first five days. I had my nails done on a Sunday and by Friday I lost three nails and starting seeing lifting on the rest. i gave them the benefit of the doubt but i recently learned they weren’t priming/dehydrating before adding tips thus causing nails to fall off. i’m not too sure if this is a tactic to have customers come back or just to cut corners but it’s not fair especially when you pay 70 for a full set every time plus tip. i never leave reviews but honestly was so upset about this. i hate money going wasted. this wasn’t also the only occurrence this happened, been going here for over year now. it sucks because they are near but it’s not fair to the customer."

"As you can see it’s 6:02 PM. I arrived at Suki Nail Spa at 5:38 PM for a gel manicure and pedicure, nothing fancy. I was told I cannot wait because they close at 7PM. One of the employees shrugged her shoulders and responded “SO” when I told her my money could be well spent elsewhere. I’ve been a patron of this Salon for years and have never been more disappointed. Beware of folks who could care less if you spend your money with them or not."

"I’ve tried to give this place a chance for the last 2 years. But yesterday was the last straw to me to allow my local salon to take Advantage of their customers with their poor quality of work. I asked for pink and white but I got sloppy and not nice. So far the most consistent tech in there is Ruby but she only does my feet. I’m officially never going back there again. I was charged $56 plus I tipped for poor lines and uneven nails. This is not the first time this has happened at this shop. But it’s the last time I’ll do business with them. I’m sooo upset that I waisted my even there last night"

"I really liked this place when I started going - however the tech (not sure of her name) sits in the 3rd seat on the left hand side shouldn't be a nail tech. I asked for gel and it's horrible. Bumpy, she cut me while taking off SNS polish I had on, used her fingernail to push back my cuticles, didn't listen to me when I told her I didn't want them cut down too short, etc. It honestly would have looked better if I had done it myself."
