"Went in Sept 22 this year, got all new tires put on my car. Declined some services at that time. Went to change my brakes today and a lug nut on the back passenger side tire was cross threaded. That only happens if the mechanic is incompetent or sleazy. They were mad at the time that I declined a service so I am only led to believe they did it out of spite. Since the lug nut was cross threaded the lug stud had to be broken off. Ernie Lee has been great in the past but after this will not be returning."
